Professional Heat-Exchanger & Cooling Tower Service

Gas engines, generators and compressors depend on their cooling system. Scale, sludge and biological growth in a cooling tower, or fouled plates in a heat exchanger, quickly raise temperatures, cut output and waste energy.

We clean towers and replace fill, nozzles and drift eliminators; repair fans, motors and gearboxes; and dismantle, clean, re-gasket and pressure-test plate heat exchangers — restoring cooling capacity with minimum downtime.

FAQ

Common Questions

How often should a cooling tower be cleaned?

Many towers are cleaned about twice a year, but it depends on water quality, load and environment. Regular inspection shows when cleaning is due.

Can you clean a plate heat exchanger on site?

Yes. We can dismantle and clean the plate pack on site or use chemical cleaning in place, then re-gasket and pressure-test it.

Do you supply fill and drift eliminators?

Yes — fill media, drift eliminators, nozzles, fan blades, motors, gearboxes and other cooling tower accessories.

Why is my gas engine overheating?

Often the cooling side: a fouled heat exchanger, scaled tower, weak pump or fan problem. We trace the cause and fix it.

Machine down? We’re ready 24/7.
