Professional Diesel Generator Service
A standby diesel generator has one job: start the moment the power fails and carry the load. Most failures come from neglected fuel, batteries, cooling or controls — problems that regular maintenance catches early.
We service diesel generators of all major brands: fuel system care, battery and starting checks, cooling and electrical work, AVR and control panel faults, and full overhauls. We also load-test sets to prove they can carry the real load.
- Engine fault finding
- Overhauling
- Fuel, starting & charging system
- Cooling & electrical system
- Control panel & ATS troubleshooting

Common Questions
How often should a standby generator be serviced?
Follow the manufacturer’s schedule by running hours and time. Even if it rarely runs, a standby set needs regular checks of fuel, battery, coolant and a test run under load.
What is a load bank test and why do it?
A load bank applies a controlled electrical load so we can prove the generator delivers its rated output and burns off carbon from light-load running (wet stacking).
Why does my generator start but the voltage is unstable?
Common causes are the AVR, excitation, speed governing or loose connections. We test each and fix the cause.
Which brands do you service?
Perkins, Cummins, Ricardo, Caterpillar and most other diesel generator brands used in Bangladesh.
Machine down? We’re ready 24/7.
